RETURNS:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please initiate a return within 15 calendar days of receipt. We will send you a return shipping label and an RMA number to put on and in the box. Items returned without an RMA number cannot be tracked and will not be refunded, so please Contact Us to initiate a return.
Large rugs require scheduling a courier, so they incur a $75 handling fee upon return unless they are damaged or defective. To avoid this we offer swatches for most large rugs which are 100% returnable for no fee!
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
